Aerosol Valve Structure
The aerosol valve structure consists of the following components and materials:
- 1 Mounting Cup: Made from tinplate, which can be plain, laminated with PP (Polypropylene), or lacquered on both sides with clear or gold finishes. Aluminium options are also available, with or without dimples, and coated with epoxy clear or gold lacquer.
- 2 Outer Gasket: Crafted from materials such as Buna or Butyl.
- 3 Inner Gasket: Made from Neoprene, Buna, Viton, or Butyl.
- 4 Stem: Manufactured from PA (Polyamide) or POM (Polyoxymethylene).
- 5 Spring: Constructed from stainless steel (SUS304 or SUS316).
- 6 Housing: Produced using PA (Polyamide) or POM (Polyoxymethylene).
- 7 Diptube: Made from PE (Polyethylene), featuring either a straight cut or a V cut.
